BOOKINGS


 

  • How do I make a reservation?

    To make a booking you will need a credit card. Yourspainhostel accepts MasterCard (Maestro), Visa, Visa Electron and 4B and they can be credit or debit cards. Select your destination, the date and number of people. Once selected, it will be showed the list of available properties. Choose your favorite accommodation and from this the room you want as well as the number of people and nights. You will then be prompted to enter your personal data and credit card details. As deposit you will be charged a non-refundable 8% from the total of the booing. The remainder must be paid on arrival. After completing the process, the booking details will be displayed on the screen and a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Print this confirmation and show it at your arrival to the property.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card in Yourspainhostel?

    It is absolutely secure. Yourspainhostel has hired an SSL certificate which guarantees the security of the data as all information exchanged is encrypted. This ensures the security of your personal data and your credit card details in any transaction.

  • Is the initial deposit refundable?

    As stated in our contract and terms and conditions, the initial deposit is not refundable.

  • How can I change or cancel my booking?

    To change or cancel your reservation, you must contact directly the property. You'll find the contact details on your booking confirmation. Note that any change in the reservation is subject to the availability and conditions of the property.Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy. If you cancel outside the cancellation period, usually the establishment will charge the first night to your credit card.

  • Can I pay with credit card upon arrival at the facility?

    This will be possible whenever it comes detailed in the list of accommodation services. Otherwise you must pay in cash. Yet we suggest that you contact the property in the details that come in the booking confirmation to confirm this point.

  • We are a group, how can we book?

    As easy as filling out our groups form. We will contact you as soon as possible

  • Is it possible to make a reservation by phone?

    Unfortunately, Yourspainhostel does not handle bookings made by telephone nor by mail, only bookings made through the website.

  • What types of credit cards are accepted?

    We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and 4B. Both Visa and MasterCard may be debit or credit cards

  • When booking I get an error message, why is this?

    This can be for various reasons, usually because of a failure in the credit card. The most common are: lack of credit on the card, incorrect entry of data of the card and / or expiration date, or choosing the wrong type of card. After checking all these points we suggest you try to redo the reservation. If it still not working, you can contact the issuer of your card to check if there is any problem. This may also be due to a connection failure. If so, check that has not been deducted the amount from the card and return to make the booking


OFFERS – COUPONS

 

  • Do I have to pay anything to receive the coupon?

    Your coupon is absolutely free! Just download it and we will send it by e-mail for you to enjoy the offer.

  • How do I find the offers that interest me?

    You can find all active bids on our OFFERS tab. You can also sign up for the newsletter offers, and whenever we have new offers we will send them by Email.

  • Do I have a download limit?

    There is no download limit! You can download as many deals as you want.

  • Has the coupon an expiration date?

    Each offer has a period of duration; this is shown in the coupon.

  • I have not received the coupon offer.

    It is probably on the SPAM folder, we suggest you check this folder. If it is not there you might have incorrectly entered your email address. If so, you can return to the page to download the offer as many times as you want, it's totally free!

  • How can I join Yourspainhostel?

    You just have to fill in the form of sign up properties . As soon as possible, a sales representative will contact you.

  • Problems to access?

    If you forget your password, we will send it to your e-mail address.

  • Can I install your booking engine on my own page?

    Of course! Simply fill in the form of Affiliate.  As soon as possible a sales representative will contact you.

  • How I can join Yourspainhostel?

    You just have to fill in the form of sign up stores . As soon as possible, a sales representative will contact you.

  • What does it cost to advertise my business on your website?

    The rate part from only 9 €! No tricks or small print. We will not charge for downloaded coupon, neither commissions, nor minimum selling such as the purchase in group. The rates will be applied for periods and your offer will be translated into English for FREE! to reach an international audience. Complete the form and a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

  • What are the requirements to publish an offer?

    The condition is simple; it has to be something beneficial for the end customer. This will attract public to the site and customers to your place. Below are some examples:

    - 2x1, 3x2, etc.. in any product
    - Discount on the 2nd product
    - % Discount (50%, 40%, 30% ...)
    - Discount vouchers (in Euros, for purchases over 10 €, etc.)
    - Freebies (tickets, session, products, drinks ...)
    - Gift just for coming to the store
    - Free Tapa for consumption or shot at lunch or dinner

  • Are my store details accessible?

    Whether or not coupons are downloaded, your details will be accessible to any user of the website

  • Problems to access?

  • What conditions should include the offer?

    These depend on the type of offer, but they must be clear and specific to avoid misunderstandings or abuse by the customer. For example, if the offer includes alcoholic drinks, it must be remembered that the law does not allow the supply of these beverages to anyone under 18 years old. Other examples are:

    - Specific hours and days of the week that the offer is valid
